Our team is made up of two of the partners/owners in the business who with their over 20 years of hands on experience are highly qualified to manage the firm and its projects, ensuring that specifications, safety standards and time limits are met while remaining in communication with clients.

Further, they work closely with affiliated engineers when undertaking projects with technical specifications.

The office personnel serve as assistant to the owners in customer relations and human resource management, while handling the firms accounting.

Our supervisors and trained machine operators work with the managers to ensure the maintenance of the equipment, for the provision of quality services.

Banman Earthmoving was established as a firm in 2004 by two partners, who each had over 20 years of experience working in the heavy equipment industry in Belize. Those two partners were soon joined by two more, who added to the variety of experience with heavy machinery. While the firm has grown considerably (from its beginning with 2 bulldozers and mostly land clearing jobs) and established itself as a competitor among other contracting companies in Belize, it has remained a family owned and operated business.

The firm is registered with Belmopan City Council and all necessary tax departments.

Tropical Water Well Drilling is another family owned business by Mr. Peter Banman. The company has over twenty five years of experience in well drilling with over two hundred fifty successful wells dug, through rock, sand and clay. The company focuses on wells for water and environmental drilling.

We are currently equipped with well-maintained bulldozers (D6, D7 and D8) accompanied with ripper and root rakes, a road grader, compactors, excavators, backhoe, skid steer, tow head with low-boy and other smaller equipment particularly used for drainage and pipe laying works. We work closely with several local truck operators, thus extending our fleet with several dump trucks. As Banman Earthmoving keeps growing, we are prepared to continue adding to our fleet as the projects we undertake should require.
